ISRRT WC2022 full paper guideline (19 September 2022)

Oral presentation guidelines

  • A total of 10 minutes (including Q&A) will be allocated to each Oral Presenter.
  • Oral presenters are recommended to prepare a 7-minute PowerPoint presentation, followed by 2-3 minutes Q&A session for your presentation at the Congress.
  • Make sure your PowerPoint presentation is in 16:9 ratio (widescreen 1,920 x 1,080 pixels).
  • The presentation template can be downloaded from the abstract submission Congress website, and further details on your presentation time slot will be provided to you at a later date.

E-poster guidelines

  • E-poster presentation will be displayed on a large high-resolution LCD monitor with a portrait (vertical) orientation only.
  • The poster size A0 (dimension 90 cm x 120 cm) of PDF file – 1 page format is recommended.
  • Make sure that any photographs or figures being used in the E-poster are with sufficient size so that they are clearly visible, with a minimum 300-dpi resolution.
  • These posters DO NOT require printing or production of materials - as your work will be available for viewing electronically.
  • Please note that there is no designated date and time for E-poster presentation sessions.
  • E-poster PDF file should be submitted within 15 November 2022.
  • The notification for uploading the E-poster will be sent to all presenters soon in order to upload the E-poster pdf file.

Full-paper guidelines

  • All authors whose abstracts have been accepted and you have paid the registration fee for the ISRRT WC2022, you are encouraged to submit your full papers.
  • The full paper template can be downloaded from the abstract submission Congress website.
  • Prepare your manuscript according to provided guidelines.
  • Abstract length should not exceed 300 words. Please ensure you revise/edit your previous abstract to fit abstract maximum length.
  • Full paper length must be between 4 to 6 pages, including reference list.
  • Please note that the deadline is 15 November 2022. This deadline is to be strictly adhered to in order for the proceedings to be made available during the Congress.
  • Please submit your completed full paper (Microsoft word file) to: isrrtbangkok2022@gmail.com.

   All accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences as an open access online conference supplement. The JMIRS is a peer-reviewed journal indexed in MEDLINE (PubMed); it provides a platform for international medical radiation technologists and therapists to publish and discover their own body of knowledge to define and inform their practice, enabling translation to a global audience.
